Damage History:
• June 2000 -- Prior owner inadvertenly taxied into another parked aircraft.  The propeller of the Grumman struck the right wing of a Mooney causing damage to the Grumman propeller as well as damage to the Mooney.  The propeller was replaced with a new propeller.  Additionally, the engine was removed from the Grumman, the crankshaft inspected, and a "bottom" overhaul of the engine was performed.

• Wings and fuselage have very minor hair dings, which in my opinion are a non-issue and certainly did not bother me when I acquired the airplane.

Comments:
Very clean.  This is a "fighter plane at a trainer price", and sought-after by experienced pilots looking for fun flying.

I have owned this plane for 8 years (and in a hangar...only recently moved outside) and recently traded up. Only seriously interested please contact me for more details or information.  I have priced it at $16,900, which is less than the AOPA VRef Valuation of $18,200...I am more interested in finding it a good home than maximizing the sales dollars...

Thank you -
